Wendy A. Wright

Wendy Annette Adams Wright, 61, of Kershaw, South Carolina, passed away peacefully at her home on Monday evening, July 27, 2026.

Born in Lancaster County, South Carolina, Wendy was the beloved daughter of the late Carroll Adams and Rachel Sinclair Adams.

Wendy found joy in life's simple pleasures. She loved traveling to the North Carolina mountains, listening to all types of music, and spending time tending to her flowers and garden. She especially cherished hosting sleepovers for her grandchildren, creating memories they will treasure for years to come. She also had a special love for her faithful dog, Rupert, who was a constant companion. Above all, Wendy had a caring heart and devoted many years of her life to serving others as a caregiver.

Left to cherish her memory are her fiancé, Curtis Bowers; her daughter, Danielle Knight (Josh); her sons, Daniel Wright (Amy) and Darren Wright (Cait); her grandchildren, Paisley Knight, Tinley Knight, Magnolia Wright, Reese Wright, and Maverick Wright; her brother, Buddy Adams (Sonya); and her sisters, Kim Adams and Kathy Jones.

A celebration of Wendy's life will be held on Saturday, August 1, 2026, from 1:00 until 4:00 p.m. at her home.
