Wanda Peach Williams

Wanda Peach Williams, 67, of Kershaw, South Carolina, passed away Wednesday, February 18, 2026, at Atrium Health Main in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Born in Kershaw, she was the daughter of the late Claudia Taylor Broughton. Wanda enjoyed a long career in the textile industry before later working as a clerk at the Korner Kupboard, where her warm smile and cheerful laughter brightened the day of everyone she met.

Wanda was an excellent cook and a devoted caretaker who found joy in nurturing those around her. She loved working in her yard and spending time with her family and friends. She was of the Baptist faith.

Those left to cherish her memory include her daughter, Mica Street and her husband, Doug; her son, Chase Williams; her special grand-dog, Freya; her brothers, Robbie Peach and Mike Broughton (Cheryl); her sister, Becky White (Johnny); her aunt, Betty Jean Pittman; and her boyfriend, Michael Burcham.

In addition to her mother, Wanda was preceded in death by her husband, Irbie R. Williams, and her brothers, Danny Peach and Bryon Peach.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, February 26, 2026, from 1:00 until 2:00 p.m. in the sanctuary of Kershaw Second Baptist Church. A celebration of life service will follow at 2:00 p.m. in the church sanctuary.
