Thomas Curtis Lowery

Memorial services for Thomas Curtis Lowery will be held Saturday, August 29 at 2:00 p.m. at Baker Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Juan Garces will officiate. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 128 Stonemark Lane, Columbia, SC 29210.

Mr. Lowery died Monday, August 24. Born in Lancaster, he was the son of the late Paul Marion and Wilma Hough Lowery. Mr. Lowery was a retired truck driver.

Surviving are his wife, Nancy Knight Lowery; daughter, Teresa (James) Sims of Kershaw; son, Michael W. Lowery, Sr. (Della) of Kershaw; 7 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; sister, Evelyn Jones of Palatka, Fl. He was predeceased by a son, Thomas Tommy Lowery and a brother, Hazel M. Lowery.
