Shirley Meadows Griffin

Shirley M. Griffin, 83, of Kershaw, S.C., passed away, Wednesday, March 4, 2020, at her home, Born in Bluefield, VA, she was a daughter of the late Mason Meadows and Elizabeth Quesenberry Meadows. She was a homemaker and a member of Potters House Church. Mrs. Griffin loved making baby dolls, going to church and eating out.

Surviving are 5 children, Susan Martin, Sharon Deese, Robert Gibson, Johnny Stephens and Debbie Sikes and a number of grandchildren and great grandchildren. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by 2 children, Clayton Stephens and Brenda Deese.

A graveside service will be held, Monday, March 9, 2020, at 1:00 o’clock p.m. in Forest Lawn East Cemetery, 3700 Forest Lawn Drive, Weddington, N.C. 28104. Pastor Abbie Wheeler will officiate. Burial will follow in the cemetery.

The family will receive friends following the service at the cemetery.
