Sandra Elaine "Sandy" Hinson

Sandra Elaine Tolbert “Sandy” Hinson, 60, of Kershaw, S.C., passed away, Sunday, June 13, 2021, at KershawHealth Camden, S.C. Born in Kershaw, S.C., she was a daughter of the late Janie Blanche Tolbert Ray. Sandy was formerly employed with U S Textile. She loved working in her flower gardens, fishing and her cats.

She is survived by her husband of 42 years, Tommy Hinson; her son, Robbie Hinson and his wife, Heather; 3 grandchildren, Aiden Hinson, Ansley Hinson and Justin Hinson; a great grandson, Zayne Stevens; her brother, Craig Ray and his wife, Crystal and her sister, Sherry Horton and her husband, Wilbur Lee.

The family will receive friends, Thursday, June 17, 2021, from 3:00 to 3:45 p.m. at Baker Funeral Home and other times at the home.

A graveside service will be conducted at 4:00 p.m., Thursday, June 17, 2021, in Kershaw City Cemetery. Rev. Dr. Trent McLaughlin will officiate. Burial will follow in the cemetery.

Memorial contributions in memory of Sandy may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
