Ronny Edward Hinson, 79, of Camden, S.C., passed away, Saturday, November 21, 2020, at his home. Born in Kershaw, S.C., he was a son of the late Hazel J. Hinson, Sr. and Florence Willis Hinson. He was a retired brick mason supervisor for Blackmon Realty and Construction. Mr. Hinson was also a faithful member of Haile Gold Mine Baptist Church, Kershaw, S.C., where he served on the cemetery committee.

Surviving are 2 sons, Eddie Hinson and his wife Holly of Lugoff, S.C., Ron Hinson and his wife Heather of West Columbia, S.C.; 2 daughters, Beth Roberson of Vidalia , GA. and Rhonda Fisher and her husband, Max of Elk-Mont, AL; 8 grandchildren, Ryan Hinson, Joshua Hinson, Rylan Hinson, Cole Hinson, Matthew Fisher, Justin Roberson, Christy Terwilliger and Amanda (Joey) Page and 9 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Nadine Griffin Hinson, 3 brothers, Hazel Hinson, Julius Hinson and Wendell Hinson and 2 sisters; Nancy Pate and Carol Bowers.

Graveside services will be conducted, Tuesday, November 24, 2020, at 2:00 p.m., in the Haile Gold Mine Baptist Church Cemetery, Kershaw, S.C. Rev. Adam Wright will officiate. Burial will follow in the cemetery.

For the safety of everyone, please practice social distancing and wear a face covering at the graveside service.

The family will greet friends following the service at the cemetery.

Memorial contributions in memory of Mr. Hinson may be made to Haile Gold Mine Baptist Church, 7980 Haile Gold Mine Road, Kershaw, S.C. 29067.
