Patricia Sue Posey

Patricia Sue Posey, age 75, of Kershaw, S.C. passed away, Friday afternoon, February 28, 2025, at her home. Born in Oneida, TN, she was a daughter of the late Walter Jay Newport and Reta Winchester Newport. Mrs. Posy worked in the retail industry and enjoyed sewing and visiting family.

She is survived by a son, Dondi Posey of Kershaw, S.C.; 3 daughters, Teresa Kennedy of Grundy, VA, Rita Cooper of Oneida, TN and Cindy Vandyke of Cumberland, VA; 6 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; her brother, Johnny Newport and 2 sisters, Edna Russ and Lola Cooke. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 3 sisters, Jean, Donna and Ann.
