Patty Wiser “Pat” Karl, 91, of Kershaw, passed away peacefully on Friday morning, February 20, 2026, at Agape House of Lexington.

Born in Ford City, Pennsylvania, Pat was the daughter of the late Carl and Mildred Wiser. She devoted her life to her family as a loving homemaker. Pat enjoyed reading and crafting, but most of all, she treasured the time she spent with her family, especially her grandchildren, who brought her immense joy. She was a member of Reformation Lutheran Church, Lancaster, SC.

She is survived by her son, Kevin Karl (Toni); her son-in-law, Roddy Baker; five grandchildren, Josh Baker (Caitlyn), Matthew Baker (Shanna), Susie Baker (Reid Walker), Kayla Karl, and Jamie Karl (Caroline Elliott); and four great-grandchildren, Jake, Luke, Ella Rose, and Ella Wren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, James Anthony “Jim” Karl, and her daughter, Cheryl Baker.

The family will receive friends on Friday, February 27, 2026, from 12:00 noon until 1:00 p.m. at Baker Funeral Home. A funeral service celebrating her life will follow at 1:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Burial will take place in Kershaw City Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to The Parkinson's Foundation (Carolinas Chapter), P.O. Box 13814, Charleston, SC 29422, in memory of her husband, who courageously battled Parkinson’s disease for many years.
