Louise Branham Knight

Louise Margaret Branham Knight, 81, of Kershaw, S.C., passed away peacefully on Friday evening, September 25, 2026, at Lancaster Health and Rehabilitation in Lancaster, S.C.

Born in Camden, S.C., she was the daughter of the late Tommy Leslie Branham and Margaret Louise Elliott Branham.

Louise will be lovingly remembered as a devoted and caring mother and grandmother. She found joy in sewing, planting flowers, and making crafts. Earlier in life, she worked as a seamstress with Springs Mills. Louise was a Christian and a member of Center Grove Baptist Church in Kershaw.

Those left to cherish her memory include her daughter, Lisa Harrison and her husband, Paul; her son, Eric Knight and his wife, Pathyna; her brother, Eugene Branham and his wife, Gail; her sisters, Barbara Robinson and Geneva Rogers; seven treasured grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and her sister-in-law, Evon Branham. She is also survived by many beloved nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

In addition to her parents, Louise was preceded in death by her son, Brian Knight; her brother, David Branham; and her sister, Shelby Pierce.

A service to celebrate Louise’s life will be announced at a later date.

Memorials may be made in Mrs. Knight’s memory to Center Grove Baptist Church, 6028 Center Grove Road, Kershaw, S.C. 29067.
