Lillie G. Phillips

Funeral services for Lillie Gardner Phillips, 87, of Kershaw will be held at 11:00 A.M., Tuesday, October 18, 2011, in the Chapel of Baker Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Kershaw City Cemetery. Rev. Chadwick Ivester will officiate. Mrs. Phillips, widow of James Ben Phillips died Sunday, October 16, in Lancaster Convalescent Center. Born in Kershaw, she was the daughter of the late Ed and Olive Sowell Gardner. Mrs. Phillips was a member of Sand Hill Baptist Church and retired from Springs Industries. Surviving are her 2 twin boys; Ronald “Ronnie” and Donald “Donnie” Phillips both of Kershaw. The family will receive friends, Tuesday prior to the service at the funeral home from 10:00 to 11:00 A.M.
