Laurel Danielle Carnes

Laurel Danielle Carnes, age 34, of Lancaster, S.C. passed away, Friday, December 5, 2025. Born in Lancaster, S.C. on February 13, 1991, she was the daughter of Elizabeth Sue Carnes and the late Merley Belk Carnes. She enjoyed reading and writing poems.

She is survived by her mother, Elizabeth Sue “Susan” Carnes; her son, Trotter Carnes; her sister, Angela Carnes, all of Lancaster, S.C. and aunts, uncles and cousins.

A graveside inurnment service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday morning, December 13, 2025, in Hopewell United Methodist Church Cemetery, Lancaster, S.C.

The family will greet friends following the service in the cemetery.
