James Otis "Bo" Roberts

James O. “Bo” Roberts, 76 of Kershaw, South Carolina passed away peacefully at his home on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, surrounded by the love of his family.

Born in Lancaster, he was the son of the late James C. Roberts and Vera Lee Boone Knight. Bo was a hardworking and dedicated man who took great pride in owning and operating Bo’s Towing Service, where he built lasting relationships throughout the community.

Bo found joy in life’s simple pleasures. He loved traveling to the mountains, where he could relax and take in the beauty of nature. He had a special fondness for animals and could often be found feeding birds and rabbits. A devoted fan of drag racing, Bo rarely missed an opportunity to enjoy the sport he loved. Above all else, however, his greatest happiness came from time spent with his family, whom he cherished deeply.

He is survived by his loving wife, Amanda Lee Brewer Roberts; his daughters, Ziva Rae Roberts and Zoey Grace Roberts, sisters, Laura Darlene Holden and Sussie Mae Gunn (Gene), brother,Grady Thomas Roberts (Lynn).

Private family services will be held at a later date.
