Helen Outlaw Holden

Helen Outlaw Holden, age 88, of Kershaw, S.C., passed away, Saturday, May 11, 2024, at her home. Born in McBee, S.C., she was a daughter of the late Clenny Gainey and Dora Outlaw Gainey. Mrs. Holden enjoyed cooking and coloring. She cherished the time she spent with her family.

She is survived by 2 sons, Bobby Holden, and Barry (Ann Wilson) Holden; her daughter-in-law, Kathy G. Holden; 10 grandchildren, Jeff, Jamie, B.J., Robert, Crystal, Steve, Jason, Mike, Dana, and Jake and 24 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jake Wayne Holden and a son, Billy Holden.

A private family graveside will be held in Kershaw City Cemetery. Preacher Cotton Pate will officiate. Burial will follow in the cemetery.
