Frances Elizabeth Sheilds

Frances Elizabeth Shields, 45 of Lancaster, SC, passed away, Thursday, June 11, 2020, at MUSC Health-Lancaster. Born in Lancaster, she was a daughter of James Ivey Sistare. Jr. and Frances Ruth Shehorn Catoe. Frances worked in retail sales.

Surviving in addition to her parents are 3 daughters, Jaimie Catoe (Phillip) Urbanczyk of Silver Spring , MD, Marina Catoe of Millers Creek, NC and Eren Catoe of Radford, VA; 4 brothers, James Ivey (Michelle) Sistare, III of Lancaster, Michael Randolph Sistare of Lancaster, Wilson Darrell Payne of Jefferson and Ernest Jessie Payne of Jefferson.

A private family service was held, Tuesday, June 16, at 11:00 a.m. at New Life for Jesus Church in Jefferson.

Baker Funeral Home, Kershaw assisted the family.
