Cynthia G. Gahwiler

Cynthia G. Gahwiler, age 91, of Whiting, New Jersey, passed away, Friday morning, June 9, 2023, in MUSC Kershaw Health Medical Center, Camden, S.C. Born in North Arlington, New Jersey, she was a daughter of the late Gerald Farrell and Cynthia Irish Farrell. She held her Ph.D. and was a retired public education schoolteacher.

She is survived by her daughter, Bonnie Anderson (Charles Anderson, Jr.) of Kershaw, S.C.; 3 grandchildren, Kati Lynn Anderson (Kevin Eldridge) of Grand Forks, N.D, Janie Anderson (Justin Bendick) of Kershaw, S.C., and Charles C. Anderson (Savannah Harvey) of Camden, S.C. She is also survived by one great grandson, Noah Bendrick. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Edward Gahwiler.

Services for Mrs. Gahwiler will be private for the family.
