Bub "Pete" Faile

Bub “Pete” Faile age 86 of Kershaw, S.C. passed away, Friday evening, October 9, 2026, in Lancaster Health and Rehabilitation Center, Lancaster, born in Kershaw, S.C., He was a son of the late George Washington Faile and Dora Morgan Faile.

Mr. Faile enjoyed a day of fishing or riding around sightseeing and visiting.

He is survived by his son, Buster Faile and his wife, Renee; 4 grandchildren, Timothy (Kayla) Faile, Jessica Anderson, Anna (Ruben) Faile and Josiah Faile; 7 great grandchildren, Alissa (Tagan), Alexia, Jose, Chandler, Zayden, Kayson and Kaelynn, his special friend, Michelle Self and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, David Faile; a granddaughter, Jennifer Faile and siblings, Ollie, Rena, Mary, Myrtle, Alice, Thomas and Davis ”Uncle Son”.

A viewing will be held, and the family will greet friends on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Baker Funeral Home, 210 East Hilton Street, Kershaw, S.C.

No formal funeral services will be held.
