Bonita Blanton Pardue

Bonita Blanton Pardue, age 77, of Lancaster, S.C. passed away, Thursday morning, August 20, 2026, at her home. Born in Gaffney, S.C., she was the daughter of the late William Blanton and Alma Goldsmith Blanton. She was a longtime employee of Springs Memorial Hospital. Bonita loved to cross stitch, work in her yard and spend time with her dogs. She also was a college football fan, especially the South Carolina Gamecocks.

She is survived by her son, Richard B. Pardue; 2 grandchildren, Brian Cade Mihalek and Braiden Matthew Pardue; her brother, Bill Blanton and his children, Jason and Brooke and her sister-in-law, Hilda Walton and her children, Susan and Sherry.

In addition to her late husband, Walter Richard Pardue, she was preceded in death by her brother-in-law, Danny Walton.

No formal services will be held at this time.
