Beulah Mae Robinson, 91, of Jefferson, SC met Jesus on the night of January 20, 2026, in Hartsville, SC.
Born on November 21, 1934, Beulah Mae was known for her strong, determined personality. She took pride in her family, acting as a second mother to her eight younger siblings. She raised three children with the love of her life and adored her granddaughter and grandson. Her most recent joy came from her great grandson; she loved every chance she had to spend time with him.
Beulah Mae also loved her town. She led a life dedicated to service and leadership, most notably as the Mayor of Jefferson for many years, where she worked tirelessly to bring in new businesses and help the town thrive. She took pride in her work and made a significant impact on her community.
Beulah Mae was preceded in death by her parents, Leroy and Jessie Mae Hopkins; and her loving husband, David "Son" Robinson. Those left to celebrate her life are her family including her son, David Robinson; daughter Susan (Duane) Stegall; son Derrick (Tanya) Robinson; granddaughter, Kristen (David) Kingen; grandson, Zach (Ciara) Jordan; great-grandson, David Jordan; sister, Linda Snipes; and brothers, James (Ruby) Hopkins and Donald Hopkins.
A private graveside service will honor Beulah Mae's life and legacy. Beulah Mae's strength and dedication will be remembered by all who knew her, and her influence will continue to be felt in the community she loved so passionately.
