Obituary for Sybil Faile
A funeral service for Sybil Sutton Faile, 75, of Kershaw, SC, will be held at 4:00 o’clock p.m., Friday, April 7, 2017, in the sanctuary of Sand Hill Baptist Church. Rev. Michael Owens will officiate. Burial will follow in the Kershaw City Cemetery.
Mrs. Faile, loving wife of Billy L. Faile died Tuesday, April 4, 2017, at Palmetto Health Richland, Columbia, SC. Born in Lancaster, Co., she was a daughter of the late Robert Seible Sutton and Marie Hunter Connor. She retired from Dupont Co. and was a faithful member of Sand Hill Baptist Church. She also enjoyed playing games on the computer, working crossword puzzles, keeping house and going to church activities. Most of all, she loved her husband, children and grandchildren.
Surviving in addition to her husband of the home are 2 sons; Kevin D. Faile and his girlfriend, Brenda Stogner, Donnie L. Faile and his wife Rebecca; 6 grandchildren, Marty Faile, Megan Drye (Cameron), Jake Faile, Kayla Faile, Cody Faile and Kenzie Faile; 2 great grandchildren, Ella Grey Caskey and Nash Caskey and a brother, Wayne Sutton. She was preceded in death by a brother, Roland Sutton.
The family will receive friends, Thursday, April 6, 2017, from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. at Baker Funeral Home.
