Obituary for Steve Anthony Faulkenberry
A graveside service for Steve Anthony Faulkenberry, 61 of Lancaster, will be held at 4:00 p.m., Thursday, February 25, 2016, in Pineview Baptist Church Cemetery, Kershaw. Rev. Greg Gunter will officiate.
The family will receive friends following the service at the cemetery.
Mr. Faulkenberry died Tuesday, February 23. Born in Lancaster, he was a son of the late Hazel Eugene, Sr., and Carrie Bell Sharpe Faulkenberry. He was a employee of the City of Lancaster, Public Works Department. Mr. Faulkenberry enjoyed fishing and was of Baptist faith.
Surviving are his step-son, Scott Edwards of Lancaster; 3 step-grandchildren, Kasey, Gaston and Graham Edwards; a step-great granddaughter, Adeline; a sister, Annette F. Snipes and her husband Larry of Kershaw; 3 brothers, Randy Faulkenberry of Camden, Donny Faulkenberry and his wife Lori, Kim Faulkenberry and his wife Donna all of Kershaw, a sister-in-law, Linda S. Faulkenberry of Pageland and a number of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother, Gene Faulkenberry and a sister in law, Judith S. Faulkenberry.
