Obituary for Stephen Joseph Reheiser
Stephen Joseph “Steve” Reheiser, 72, of Kershaw, S.C., passed away, Saturday morning, October 9, 2021, at his home. Born in Long Island, NY, he was a son of the late Anthony Charles Reheiser and Agnes Gardella Reheiser. Mr. Reheiser was a former EMT and attended Buffalo Baptist Church. He also enjoyed fishing and loved the outdoors.

He is survived by his loving wife of 19 years, Linda Weeks Reheiser; a son, Anthony Charles “Tony” Reheiser and his wife, Julie and their son, Anthony and daughter, Kylie and a grandson; his brother, Gerard Anthony Reheiser and his wife, Kaye and their son, Gerard Reheiser, Jr. and their daughter, Kelly. He is also survived by his brothers-in-law, Kenny Weeks and his wife, Denise and their daughters, Nicole and Becky and Eddie Weeks and his wife, Jackie and their children, Stacy, Stephanie, Scott and their grandchildren and his sisters-in-law children, Johnny Catoe and his wife, Melissa and their children, Zach and Andrew and Randy Catoe and his wife, Tracy and their children, Abby and Katie.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Michelle Lynn Gartrell and sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Pat and Doug Catoe.

A graveside service will be held, Wednesday, October 13, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. in the Buffalo Baptist Church Cemetery, Kershaw, S.C. Rev. Larry Humphries will officiate. Burial will follow in the cemetery.

Memorials in memory of Mr. Reheiser may be made to Buffalo Baptist Church, 6390 Lockhart Road, Kershaw, S.C. 29067.
