Obituary for Sarah Taylor Hough
A funeral service for Sarah Taylor Hough, 69 of Kershaw will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, August 31, 2013, at Sand Hill Baptist Church. The Revs. Bryant D. Fersner and Chadwick Ivester will officiate. Burial will follow in the Kershaw City Cemetery. Mrs. Hough died Thursday, August 29, 2013, at her home. Born in Kershaw, she was the daughter of Katherine T. Taylor and the late Clyde Taylor. She was a member of Sand Hill Baptist Church where she served in many capacities. Surviving in addition to her mother are her husband, Henry L. “Buster” Hough of the home; two daughters, Michelle “Mickie” Fletcher and her husband Tommy of Bethune, Tracie Barrett and her husband Clint of Kershaw; five grandchildren, Taylor Barrett, Brittany Wiesen (Josh), Wesley Roberts (Megan), Brandy Furniss (Rick) and Jason Fletcher; eight great grandchildren; four sisters; Betty Jean Neal of Kershaw, Leacy Coates of Kershaw, Reba Coates of Lancaster and Annie Cauthen of Kershaw. The family will receive friends, Friday, August 30, 2013, at Baker Funeral Home from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Memorials may be made to Sand Hill Baptist Church, 6895 Highway 341, Kershaw, SC 29067.
