Obituary for Rosa Lee Felts
Rosa Lee Felts, 79, of Camden, SC died early Monday morning, December 21, 2015, at Morningside of Camden. Rosa Lee was born in Louisburg, NC. She married Louis Douglas Felts, who precedes her, and lived in Roanoke Rapids, NC for most of her life. She worked in the family owned “Big Bus #2” country store for many years. She was a humorous lady who enjoyed a good game of Rummy and Rook. Her hair was always “just so” and her nails freshly painted. She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Surviving are her sister and her husband, Chuck and Sandy Norman of Littleton, CO; her brother, Danny Spencer of Raleigh, NC; two daughters, Susan Lane of Camden, Cassandra Davis and her husband Danny of Kershaw; her son, Caswell Felts and his wife Tammy of Roanoke Rapids, NC; five grandchildren, Jeremy Lane, Emmylou Davis and her husband Todd, Lanie Felts, Davis Felts, and Abby Davis; three great grandchildren; Jaden and Jaxon Lane and Nelson Todd. She was preceded in death by her son, Rapha Ray Felts in December 2012.
Her sense of humor and charm will be greatly missed by everyone that knew her. Rosa Lee’s family is forever grateful to the staff at Morningside of Camden for loving her and taking tremendous care of her over the past several years, as well as the staff at Kershaw County Medical Center for their continued care and support.
