Obituary for Robert S. Catoe
A memorial service for Robert Stephen “Bobby” Catoe, 57, of Kershaw, SC, will be held at 2:00 o’clock p.m., Friday, February 17, 2017, in the Chapel of Baker Funeral Home. Rev. Pam Ledbetter and Mr. Jimmy Faile will officiate.
Mr. Catoe died Tuesday, February 14, 2017, at Springs Memorial Hospital, Lancaster, SC. Born in Lancaster, SC, he was a son of Billy Joe Catoe and Shelvie Howell Faile. He was a carpenter in the construction industry. He was a 1978 graduate of Andrew Jackson High School. Mr. Catoe also loved to hunt and fish.
Surviving in addition to his mother and father are his step-mother, Judy Catoe; his wife of 19 years, Nancy Little Catoe of the home; a daughter, Kelsey Catoe; 2 sons, Jason (Katie) Hunter, Christopher (Tiffani) Hunter; 10 grandchildren, Joel (Courtney) Hearon, Taylor Hunter, Sarah Hunter, Cameron Hunter, Rachelann Tennant, Ean Hunter, Ava Hunter, Keagan Mullens, Cameron Mullens and Jolie Hunter; a great granddaughter, Ellie Hunter; 4 brothers, Donny Catoe, Mike Steele, Michael Faile and Lee Faile; 3 sisters, Chrys Steele, Layne (Dave) McCrostie, Lori Faile and a number of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his step-father, Hazel L. Faile, Sr. and a brother, Leslie Faile.
The family will receive friends one prior to the service beginning at 1:00 o’clock p.m., Friday, February 17, 2017 and other times at the home of his mother, 276 County Line Rd., Kershaw, SC.

The family ask for those attending the service to please dress casual.
