Obituary for Peggy M. Catoe
Peggy Mosley Catoe, 76, of Lancaster, S.C., passed away, Sunday, August 9, 2020, at her home. Born in Lancaster, S.C., she was a daughter of the late Gettyes Jack Mosley and Mamie Euree Taylor Mosley. Peggy loved listening to gospel music and recorded books. She also loved listening to preaching.
Surviving are her loving husband of 51 years, Curtis Lee “Junior” Catoe of the home; 4 brothers, Thomas Wayne “Tommy” Mosley and his wife, Patsy, Jack Leon “Jackie” Mosley and his wife, Wanda, Bruce Everett Mosley and his wife, Susan and Keith Edward Mosley and his wife, Daisy. Also surviving is her sister-in-law, Sandra Rodgers and her husband, Seth and a number of nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Joyce Mosley and a brother-in-law, Terry Catoe.
The family will receive friends, Wednesday, August 12, from 10:00 – 11:00 o’clock a.m. at Baker Funeral Home, Kershaw. A graveside service will follow at 11:45 o’clock a.m. in Lancaster Memorial Park Lancaster, S.C. Rev. Larry Plyler will officiate. Burial will follow in the cemetery.
Memorial contributions in memory of Mrs. Catoe may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
