Obituary for Patricia F. Horton
Patricia “Pat” Faulkenberry Horton 64, died Tuesday, August 20, at KershawHealth, Camden. Born in Camden, she was a daughter of Nellie Taylor Faulkenberry and the late Grover Samuel Faulkenberry. Mrs. Horton was a former employee of Springs Industries, a clerk at Small’s Food Center and a member of Oak Ridge Baptist Church. She enjoyed reading and gardening.

Surviving are her husband of 47 years, Danny E. Horton; a son, Timothy E. Horton of Kershaw; 2 granddaughters, Kimberly Rollings and Taylor Rollings; 2 brothers, Hazel Faulkenberry (Judy) of Kershaw, and Donnie Faulkenberry (Lena) of Kershaw; 2 sisters, Brenda Lane (Bill) of Lancaster, and Susan Faulkenberry of Kershaw; a number of nieces and nephews and her mother-in-law, Alberta Horton of Kershaw.

A graveside service will be held Friday, August 23, at 11:00 a.m. in Abney Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends following the service in the church fellowship hall.

Memorials may be made to Oak Ridge Baptist Church, 603 Oak Ridge Road, Kershaw, S.C. 29067.
