Nannie Roberts Adams Bowling, 86, of Kershaw, S.C., passed away, Tuesday morning, February 8, 2022, at her home. Born in Camden, S.C., she was the daughter of the late Lewis Roberts and Minnie Kay Knight Roberts. Mrs. Bowling retired from Springs Industries and was of Baptist faith.
She is survived by her son, Hubert E. Adams, Jr. and his wife, Jane; her daughter, Patty Rushing and her husband, Chip, all of Kershaw, S.C.; 3 grandchildren, Crystal Adams, Travis Rushing and Chad Rushing and a great grandson, Dean Harrison, Jr. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Hubert E. Adams; her second husband, Raymond E. Bowling and her brother, James W. Roberts of Heath Springs, S.C.
The family will receive friends, Friday afternoon, February 11, 2022, from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. at Baker Funeral Home.
A funeral service for Mrs. Bowling will be held following the visitation beginning at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Baker Funeral Home. Rev. Michael Owens will officiate. Burial will be in the Kershaw City Cemetery.
Memorial remembrances in memory of Mrs. Bowling may be made to Amedisys Hospice, 198 East Westmark Boulevard, Sumter, S.C. 29150.
