Obituary for Maurice Hall, Sr.
Funeral services for Maurice Hall, Sr., 77, of Kershaw, S.C., will be held Saturday, December 3, at 11:00 a.m. in Chapel of Baker Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Haile Gold Mine Baptist Church Cemetery. Rev. Kelvin Hinson will officiate.
The family receive friends, Saturday, December 3, one hour prior to the service beginning at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home.
Mr. Hall died Wednesday, November 30, 2016, at his home. Born in Del Rio, Tennessee, he was the son of the late Theodore and Sue Eddy Turner Hall. Mr. Hall was a auto mechanic and loved going to the mountains. He was married to the late Patricia Ann Ferrell Hall.
Surviving are a son, Norman Hall of Kershaw; 9 grandchildren, Kim, Amanda, Dustin, Joseph, Dylan, Alex, Derrick, Chasity and Jared; 4 great-grandchildren, Hayden, Jenna, Nevaeh and Marley; 2 brothers, Eddie Hall of Lancaster, S.C., David Hall of Charleston, S.C. and 4 sisters, Brenda Wilson, Stella Sims, Della Millett and Lula Bell Williams all of Lancaster, S.C.. He was preceded in death by 2 sons, Maurice Hall, Jr. and Jerry Hall.
