Funeral services for Mary Alice Williams Sullivan Cooper, 85 of Heath Springs, will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, October 11, in the Family Life Center of Pineview Baptist Church. The Revs. Hank Fanning and David Robinson will officiate. Burial will follow in the Beaverdam Baptist Church Cemetery.
Mrs. Cooper passed away, October 8, 2019, at her home. Born in Kershaw County, she was a daughter of the late Isaac Furman Williams and Anna Bell Faulkenberry Williams. She retired from the Kendall Co. and was a member of Pineview Baptist Church. She enjoyed fishing and camping.
Surviving are her son, Charles W. (Judy) Sullivan of Heath Springs; 2 step-daughters, Lynn Cooper (Duane) Lashley of Sumter and Donna Cooper (Keith) Langley of Camden; grandchildren, Michael (Amanda) Sullivan, Wesley (April) Sullivan, Joseph (Danielle) Sullivan, Ronny (Heather) Avallone, Amber (Kurtis), Jessica (Adam) Lashley, Kayla Langley and Jessica Langley; great grandchildren, Tyler Sullivan, Zachary Sullivan, Jace Sullivan, Zayleigh Gray, Nole Houle, Kendall Furniss, Lyla Simpson, Ashton Brazell, Liam Moseley and Waylen Gray. In addition to her husband, Wayne C. Cooper, she was preceded in death by a son, Donald Sullivan; a grandson, Daniel Sullivan and 2 infant sisters.
The family will receive friends, Friday, October 11, one hour prior to the service, beginning at 10:00 a.m., at the church Family Life Center and other times at the home.
Memorial contributions in her memory may be directed to Pineview Baptist Church, Sanctuary Fund, 224 Youngs Bend Road, Kershaw, S.C. 29067.
