Marlene Knight Adams

Funeral services for Marlene Knight Adams, 72, of Kershaw, SC, will be held at 2:00 o’clock p.m., Tuesday, March 7, 2017, in the chapel of Baker Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Flint Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery.

Mrs. Adams, widow of James Floyd Adams died Saturday, March 4, 2017, at her home. She was a daughter of the late Talma and Bertha Sims Knight. She was a former employee of Phillips Weaving, Pageland, SC, and a member of Haile Gold Mine Baptist Church. She also enjoyed crocheting.

Surviving are 2 sons; James “Bo” Adams and Michael “Skocum” Adams and his wife Stephanie; 4 grandchildren, Kevin Adams and his wife Sheryn, Brandon Adams, Chandler Floyd Adams and Courtney Elizabeth Adams and a great granddaughter, Addilyn Adams. She was preceded in death by a grandson, Cody Faulkenberry.

The family will receive friends, Monday, March 6, 2017, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Baker Funeral Home and other times at the home of her son, 7441 Suncrest Drive, Kershaw, SC.
