Mark Dewayne Taylor

Mark DeWayne “ Spud Dog ” Taylor, 50 of Kershaw, SC, died Friday, April 3, 2015, at his home. Born in Camden, SC, he was a son of the late Frank J. and Doris Jean Anderson Taylor. He was a carpenter and a graduate of Buford High School, Lancaster, SC. Surviving are a daughter, Misty Stokes; a son, Josh Stokes; 4 grandchildren; 4 sisters, Belinda Nunnery, Jan Rabon (Barry “ Boo ”), Kay Baker, Tammy Bradley (Steve); 3 brothers, Steven “ Beard ” Taylor (Bonessia), Larry “ Cowboy ” Taylor (Peanut), Randy “ Frank ” Taylor (Shirley); his best friend, J.B. Bradley and a number of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his life partner, Teresa Ann Stokes. A memorial service will be held at a later date at his home. Baker Funeral Home is serving the family of Mr. Taylor.
