Obituary for Mark Allen Wooten
Graveside services for Mark Allen Wooten, 53 of Camden, will be held at 10:00 o’clock a.m., Thursday, May 30, in the Sand Hill Baptist Church Cemetery, Kershaw. Burial will immediately follow the service in the cemetery. Rev. Michael Owens will officiate.

Mr. Wooten passed away, Sunday, May 26, at his home. Born in Camden, he was a son of Alden Wooten and Elaine Langley Owens. He assisted his father in the family logging business. Mr. Wooten was a member of Sand Hill Baptist Church and enjoyed spending time with his family and eating out. He also was a Carolina Gamecock fan.

Surviving are his father, Alden Wooten and his wife Joline Wooten of Kershaw; his mother, Elaine Langley Owens and her husband Roscoe of Kershaw; a step-brother, Ronnie Williams of Charleston and a number of cousins. He was preceded in death by his sister, Crystal Pearlette Wooten.

The family will receive friends, following the burial in the church Fellowship Hall.

Memorials may be made to Sand Hill Baptist Church, 6895 Highway 341, Kershaw, S.C. 29067.
