Obituary for Margie Williams Locke
Funeral services for Margie Williams Locke, 79 of Kershaw will be held at 3:00 p.m., Monday, September 30, 2013, at Kershaw Second Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the Kershaw City Cemetery. The Revs. Don Knight and Hugh McKinney will officiate. Mrs. Locke died Friday, September 27, 2013, at KershawHealth, Camden. Born in Chesterfield County, she was the daughter of the late Jack and Hattie Mae Stogner Williams. She was a former employee of Springs Industries and a member of Kershaw Second Baptist Church. She also enjoyed playing Bingo. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Michael Odell Williams and her husband, Charles M. Locke, Sr. Surviving are her daughter, Debra Williams and her partner Jeff Bunton of Kershaw; 2 sons, Charles M. Locke, Jr. of Kershaw and Todd Locke (Virginia) of Camden; 5 grandchildren, Dillon, Savannah, Tyler, Matthew and Tanner Locke; 2 brothers, Joel Williams (Glenda) of Greenville, David Williams (Carolyn) of Kershaw and a daughter-in-law, Monica Graham. The family will receive friends, Sunday, September 29, 2013, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Baker Funeral Home and other times at the home, 105 Locke Street, Kershaw. Memorials may be made to Kershaw Second Baptist Church, 7737 Kershaw Camden Highway, Kershaw, SC 29067.
