Obituary for Larry Wayne Arant
A visitation for Larry Wayne Arant, 48 of Kershaw, SC, will be held from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 25, 2015, at Baker Funeral Home. Mr. Arant will be cremated following the visitation. Mr. Arant died suddenly, Monday, March 23, 2015, at his home. Born in Lancaster, he was a son of Quincey and Joyce Arant Peagler. He was a fabricator with Davis Neon Signs in Heath Springs. He also loved going to the mountains, fishing, wood working and working in his yard. Surviving in addition to his parents are his wife, Angie Cawley Arant, with whom he had been together with for 24 years; two sons, Daniel Andrew O’Neal and his fiancé Taylor Simmons, Brandon Anton O’Neal and his fiancé, Lacey Henderson, two grandchildren, Andrew Mason O’Neal and Kaylee O’Neal, a sister, Sarenia “Missy” Beckham and her husband Derick; two brothers, Quincy Peagler, Jr. and his wife Amanda, Robbie Peager and his wife Stephine; two sisters-in-law, Patsy Broughton and Tracie Dowey; a brother-in-law, Johnnie Cawley; his father and mother-in-law, John and Pat Cawley and a number of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, James and Nellie Arant. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, 190 Knox Abott Drive, Suite 301, Cayce, S.C. 29033. Baker Funeral Home is serving the Arant family.
