Obituary for Keith Holden
Alfred Keith Holden, 61, of Kershaw, S.C., passed away, Tuesday, March 17, 2020, in KershawHealth, Camden, S.C. Born in Camden, S.C., he was a son of the late Thomas Clarence Holden and Evelyn Truesdale Holden. He was a former employee of Blue Cross - Blue Shield and a member of Oak Ridge Baptist Church. Mr. Holden was an avid Clemson Tiger fan and enjoyed riding four wheelers. He also cherished the time he spent with his grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Reba Dease Holden and a son, Jared Keith Holden.
Surviving are his daughter, Lauren H. Brown and her husband, Tony of Kershaw, S.C.; a granddaughter, Micayla Massey of Kershaw, S.C.; 3 grandsons, Jared Brown of Kershaw, S.C., Keaundre Brown of Fort Worth, TX and Kyleil Brown of Kershaw, S.C.; a sister, Rosemary Holden and her spouse, Cathy Beckham of Myrtle Beach, S.C. and 2 brothers, Rev. Jeff Holden and his wife Taryl of Macclesfield, N.C. and Eric Holden and his wife Laura of Camden, S.C.
A graveside service will be held at 1:30 p.m., Saturday, March 21, 2020, in Oak Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery, Kershaw, S.C. The Revs. Dale Myers and Jeff Holden will officiate. Burial will follow in the cemetery.
The family will receive friends following the service at the church and other times Friday evening, March 20th at Keith’s home.
