Julie Jones Weeks

A graveside service with military honors for Julie Irene Jones Weeks, 58 of Kershaw, will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, April 8, in Fort Jackson National Cemetery, Columbia. Rev. Bryant D. Fersner will officiate.

Mrs. Weeks, loving wife of Albert W. Weeks died Monday, April 4, in Springs Memorial Hospital, Lancaster. Born in Lancaster, she was a daughter of Mary Mungo Preslar and the late Howard Carlton Jones. Mrs. Weeks served in the United States Army and was a homemaker.

Surviving in addition to her husband of the home are 4 children; Mark Weeks (Marie), Daniel Weeks, Billy Weeks, and Cheryl Weeks; 8 grandchildren; brothers, Randall Jones (Tami) and Barry Jones, sisters, Karen Sims and Paulette Rice (Andrew). The family is at the home.
