John George Dunbar

It is with profound sadness that we announce the death of John George Dunbar, age 69, of Bethune, S.C. Born in Jenkins, Missouri, he was a son of the late John James Dunbar and Betty Jean Ludke Wesoloski. He attended Shamrock Baptist Church and was a United States Marine Veteran serving during the Vietnam Era. He loved to hunt and fish. He also enjoyed riding horses and was an excellent houndsman.

 Mr. Dunbar passed away, Saturday evening, December 10, 2022, at his home.

He is survived by his loving wife of 24 years, Susan Dianne Plott Jenkins; his 3 children, Clinton Dunbar, Josh Dunbar and Sarah Marshburn and 3 great grandchildren, Patton, Harper and Mary Claire.
