Obituary for Jeanette S. Cole
A service to celebrate the life of Jeanette Scott Cole, 83, of Lancaster, SC, will be held at 11:00 o’clock a.m., Tuesday, June 27, 2017, in the chapel of Baker Funeral Home, Kershaw, SC. Rev. Larry Reeves will officiate.

Mrs. Cole died Saturday, June 24, 2017, at White Oak Manor, Lancaster, SC. Born in Kershaw, SC, she was a daughter of the late Connie T. and Mary Locke Scott. She retired from Springs Industries and was a former member of Kershaw Second Baptist Church, where she had taught Sunday School. Mrs. Cole loved spending time with her grandchildren and working puzzle books.

Surviving are her son, Jeff Anderson and his wife Stephanie of Heath Springs, SC; her daughter, Jill “Charlene” Blalock of Lancaster, SC; 5 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Dennis K. Anderson; a son-in-law, Jacky Blalock and 2 brothers, Billy and Danny Scott.

The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the funeral home.

Memorials in memory of Mrs. Cole may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
