Obituary for Jason Michael Bowers
Jason Michael Bowers, 45, of Kershaw, S.C., passed away, Friday, March 12, 2021, at his home. Born in Lancaster, S.C., he was the son of Sandra Darlene Bowers. Jason was a member of New Haven Baptist Church, Jefferson, S.C. He enjoyed fishing, writing poems and loved all animals.
Surviving in addition to his mother of Kershaw are 3 sons, Michael Dewayne (Kimberly) Horton, Jay Bowers and Landon Bowers; a grandson, Nathan McKinney and aunts, uncles and cousins that loved him dearly. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Gary and Ann Bowers.
The family will hold a memorial service to remember his life, Thursday, March 18, 2021, at 2:00 o’clock p.m. in New Haven Baptist Church. Pastor Herbert MacCue will officiate.
Friends may visit the family, Wednesday, March 17, 2021, at the home, 421 Bethune Street, Kershaw, S.C. between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.
When visiting the family or attending the service please wear a face covering and practice social distancing for COVID 19 precautions.
