Obituary for Floree Gardner Todd
Funeral services for Floree Gardner Todd, 93 of Kershaw, will be held at 2:00 o’clock p.m., Saturday, July 6, in the sanctuary of Buffalo Baptist Church. Rev. Larry Humphries will officiate. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Todd, Loving wife of the late Dilbon Lamb Todd passed away, Thursday, July 4, at MUSC Health Lancaster. Born in Lancaster, she was a daughter of the late Fred Issac Gardner and Bleeker Morgan Gardner. She was a faithful member of Buffalo Baptist Church, where she taught Sunday School, Training Union and sang in the choir.
Surviving are 2 daughters, Wanda T. (Joel) Coates of Kershaw, Teressa T. Vincent of Kershaw; a son, Dewey L. (Frohn) Todd of Kershaw; 6 grandchildren, 11, great grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren and a sister, Nell Brown of Charleston. She was preceded in death in addition to her parents; her husband; a son-in-law, Doug Vincent and 8 brothers and sisters.
The family will receive friends, Saturday, July 6, prior to the service beginning at 1:00 o’clock p.m. in the church Family Life Center.
