Obituary for Ernest Calvin West, Jr.
On Friday evening, November 5, 2021, Ernest Calvin West, Jr. passed into the next world! A final service to celebrate, remember and honor his passing will be held at Baker Funeral Home Chapel, Kershaw, S.C., on Tuesday, November 9, 2021, at 3:00 p.m.! Send no flowers! Send your expressions of sympathy to Buffalo Baptist Church-Cemetery Fund, 6390 Lockhart Road, Kershaw, S.C. 29067

A private family committal will be held in Buffalo Baptist Church Cemetery.

Calvin is survived by his wife, his two children, and his three beautiful grandchildren as listed below. Most of his Clemson buddies have preceded him into glory and will, no doubt, meet him at the Gate of Heaven.

Survivors: his wife, Pat Byrd West; 2 sons, J. Michael West, E. Matthew West; 2 granddaughters, Kimmi Cerasaro, and Kate West and a grandson, John West. He was preceded also in death by his loving daughter, E. Keplyn Cerasaro.

Following the service in the Baker Funeral Home Chapel, the family will greet friends at the funeral home.
