Dorothy Horton Williams

Graveside services for Dorothy Horton Williams, 79, of Kershaw will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, August 8, 2013, in Sand Hill Baptist Church Cemetery. Rev. Edgar Horton and Mr. Dennis Mackey will officiate. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the graveside beginning at 1:00 p.m. in the church fellowship hall. Mrs. Williams, widow of Jerry Lee Williams died Tuesday, August 6, 2013, at KershawHealth, Camden, S.C. Born in Kershaw, she was the daughter of the late James Coleman and Iva Mae Hunter Horton. She was a retired LPN and was a member of Sand Hill Baptist Church. Surviving are her daughter, Lisa Williams Woods of Heath Springs; two grandchildren, Grace Woods and Christopher Woods and her sister, Sue Stacy of Conway. She was preceded in death by her brother, James Douglas Horton. Memorials may be made to Lancaster County Animal Shelter, P.O.
