Obituary for Carol Stein Scott
Carol S. Scott, 76, of Kershaw, S.C. passed away on December 24th, 2021, at her home surrounded by family.

Born in Lancaster S.C., September 11, 1945, she was a daughter of the late Marvin Luther Stein and Helen Bernice Davis Stein.

She was a bright light in this world and her love radiated to all around her.

Her passions throughout life included running, days on the beach, Clemson football and most importantly, her family. As a devoted mother and Nana, she lived her life to the fullest and loved to spend her free time with her children, grandchildren and in most recent years, her great grandchildren. She has left us with many memories filled with enough love and laughter to last a lifetime.

She is survived by her son, Roland “Jeffery” Scott (Susan); daughters, Shelby S. Bowling (Adam) and Ashley N. Scott; granddaughters, Breanna S. Frustaglia (Jacy), Kyndall M. Wright (Steve), Camryn S. Scott; great grandchildren, Brightyn K. Bowling, Ridge S. Perkins, Logan R. Frustaglia and Rocco D. Frustaglia. She is also survived by her siblings, Harold M. Stein, Grady V. Stein, Margaret "Bootsie" Britton, and Gail C. Weeks.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Roland H. Scott Jr.; daughter, Amanda K. Scott; brothers, Donald L. Stein, Charles M. Stein and Glenn W. Stein and a sister, Linda S. Catoe.

The family will greet friends, Tuesday afternoon, December 28, 2021, from 1:30 – 2:00 p.m. prior the funeral service at the funeral home.

A celebration of life funeral service will be held, Tuesday afternoon, December 28, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Baker Funeral Home. Rev. Dr. Trent McLaughlin will officiate. Burial will follow in the Lancaster Memorial Park, Lancaster, S.C.

In lieu of floral remembrances, donations may be made to the Multiple System Atrophy Coalition, 7918 Jones Branch Drive # 300, McLean, VA 22102.
