Obituary for Carol Lynn Hyatt
Carol Lynn “Lady Bug” Hyatt, 60, of Lancaster, S.C., passed away, Tuesday morning, November 2, 2021, at MUSC Health Lancaster Medical Center, Lancaster, S.C. Born in Lancaster, S.C., she was a daughter of the late Charles Whitaker and Betty Outen Ellis. She was of Baptist faith and a homemaker. Carol also loved going to the beach and buying scratch off tickets.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Hyatt, Sr. and her son, Edward Hyatt, Jr.

She is survived by her daughter, Sherry M. Hill and her fiancé, Kash Mayers of Lancaster, S.C.; 2 sisters, Lesia Whitaker and her fiancé, John Morrow of Lancaster, S.C. and Linda K. Pye and her husband, Danny of McDonald, GA ; her fiancé, Richard Norris and her nephew, Jonathan Ellis and his wife, Courtney and 3 great nieces, Hailey, Abby and Lilly all of Lancaster, S.C.

The family has chosen private cremation services.
