Obituary for Blanche C. Sullivan
A graveside service for Blanche Culvern Sullivan, 97, of Kershaw, will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, July 2, 2012, at the Culvern Family Plot in Kershaw City Cemetery. Rev. Jesse Hegler will officiate. Mrs. Sullivan, widow of Mark D. Sullivan died Friday, June 29, 2012. Born in Kershaw, she was the daughter of the late Fred , Sr. and Annie Tarrant Culvern. She was a member of Kershaw Presbyterian Church which she loved. She was also a graduate of Converse College and a true southern lady. Surviving are her son, Mark D. Sullivan, III and his wife Beverly of Hilton Head Island, S.C. and a number of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a son, John Nelson Sullivan; two sisters, Jean C. Brewer, Nancy T. Culvern and a brother, Fred Culvern, Jr. Memorial contributions may be made to First Presbyterian Church-Building Fund, P.O. Box 61, Kershaw, S.C. 29067.
