Obituary for Attrus Crow Bowers
Attrus Crow Bowers, passed away peacefully on June 9, 2020, at the age of 99. She was born October 30, 1920, the daughter of the late Guy and Eva Moultrie Crow and sister of the late Mary Ellen Crow Kahler.

Mrs. Bowers graduated from Kershaw High School, Class of 1936 at the age of 15. In 1940 she married John Bowers and over the years became the mother of 3 daughters and a son. With all of her children in school, she began her professional career in the garment manufacturing industry. She retired from Town and Country Manufacturing at the age of 75. She was an accomplished seamstress and tailor.

Surviving are Mary Gahm and her son, Jeremy of Panama City, Florida, Pat Bowers, Betty Bowers and John T. and Terry West Bowers and their families, Kyle (Kristie), Kelsie, Kase Bowers, Courtney and Steven Taylor, Aubrey, Braelyn and Corrie all of Kershaw.

Attrus will be missed by all that knew and loved her. Due to COVID 19, services and visitation will be private and held at a later date.

Memorials may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
