Obituary for Alan Keith Stover
Alan Keith Stover, 63, of Westville, passed away, Friday, July 3, 2020, at Prisma Health-Richland, Columbia. Born in Camden, he was a son of Mary Hinson Stover and the late Thomas McMurray Stover. Mr. Stover retired from Duracell and was a member of Damascus United Methodist Church, Westville. He loved woodworking, farming and spending time with his family and grandson. He was preceded in death in addition to his father by his son, Troy Alan Stover and his wife, Gail Rollings Stover.
Surviving in addition to his mother are his daughter, Lorie (Michael McKinnon) Stover of Bethune; his grandson, Thomas McKinnon; 2 sisters, Wanda Stover of Rock Hill, Darlene Stover and her husband, Brian of Rock Hill and his brother, Jon Stover and his wife Patti of Kershaw.
A graveside service will be held, Sunday, July 5, 2020, at 4:00 p.m. in Damascus United Methodist Church Cemetery, Westville. Rev. Dr. Eddie Usher will officiate. Burial will follow in the cemetery.
The family will greet friends following the service in the cemetery.
