Obituaries

Funeral services for Lonnie Hubert Endicott Hatfield, 73, will be held at 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, March 9, in the chapel of Mounts Funeral Home, Gilbert West Virginia. Burial will follow in the Hatfield Cemetery at Sharon Heights.

The Revs. Roger Endicott and Clyde Endicott will officiate.

The family will receive friends, Monday, March 8, from 7 to 9 P.M. at Mounts Funeral Home.

Mr. Hatfield died Thursday, March 4, at his home. Born in Gilbert,WV, he was the son of the late Arnold Hatfield and Marie Endicott Brown. Mr. Hatfield retired from the coal mining industry after 27 years of service. He was married to the late Sandra Jean Heston Hatfield.

He was also a US Air Force Veteran.

Surviving are three daughters; Elaine Shaw of Lantana, FL, Cindy Browning of Hico, WV, Hope Ann Browning of Accoville, WV and a son; Dewayne Hatfield of Kershaw, a sister; Janet B. Fox of Newark, DE, seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a son, Arnold J. Hatfield and a sister, Lorraine B. Ellis
