Obituary for Daniel E. Weeks
A memorial service to remember the life of Daniel Elijah Weeks, 35, of Lexington and formerly of Kershaw, will be held at 2:00 o’clock p.m., Monday, January 8, in the chapel of Baker Funeral Home, Kershaw. Rev. Bryant D. Fersner will officiate.
Mr. Weeks died Tuesday, January 2, at his home. Born in Fulda, Germany, he was a son of Albert Wiley Weeks and the late Julie Jones Weeks. He was employed in the construction industry. He loved computers and playing computer games. Mr. Weeks was also a graduate of Andrew Jackson High School.
Surviving are his father and step-mother, Albert Wiley Weeks and Gail Stein Weeks of Kershaw; a brother, Mark A. Weeks of Enterprise, Alabama; a half brother, Billy J. Weeks of Weatherford, Texas; a half sister, Cheryl L. Weeks of Mineral Wells, Texas; his maternal grandmother, Mary Mungo Presslar of Atlanta, Georgia; a number of nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
The family will receive friends immediately following the memorial service at the funeral home on Monday, January 8.
